For the 2026 season, we are requiring all families to work Four Shifts of volunteering in Support Roles to ensure we have a smooth season. With almost 80 players in our program, many hands make light work!

HOME GAME ROLES
(9 total games - 4 Freshman, 5 Varsity):

• Chain Gang - 3 per home game

• Varsity Field Set-Up - 3 per home game

• Freshman field Set-Up - 1 per home game

• Concessions - 6-8 people per home game

  • Must be over 16 to work in the concession stand​

• Grill Master - 1-2 people per home game

• Grill Wrapper - 1-2 people per home game

• 50/50 Raffle Sales - 2 per home game

SEASON LONG ROLES:

• Clock/Scoreboard - season long

• Freshman game Announcer - season long

• Concessions Coordinator - season long

• Freshman Dinner Coordinator - 2 people season long

• Varsity Dinner Coordinator - 2 people season long

• Freshman Half-Time Fruit - season long

• Varsity Half-Time Fruit - season long​

A Support Deposit of $200 is paid at time of registration.

 

We encourage Freshman families to volunteer at Varsity games and Varsity families to volunteer at Freshman games. This builds community and allows families to cheer for their player without worrying about volunteering at the same time.
